Dormestone Farm: sleeps 10, 4 bedrooms, 1 en-suite bathroom, 1 family bathroom, and 1 shower room. 3 reception rooms, open fire and log burner, enclosed extended gardens, ample parking, outdoor heated pool, tennis courts, and fire pit.

Ground Floor: Entry into the rear door and boot room. Stairs lead to the first floor.

Billiard room, with convertible snooker/pool table. Cupboard of goodies and games, decorative log burner.

Sitting room and snug, split level, with seating for 10 plus guests, open fire, large TV, DVD and iPod docking station.

Reading room, with sofa seating for 4 to 6 guests, French doors to the garden.

Kitchen and conservatory, state of the art kitchen, island worktop, fridge/freezer, range cooker, butler sink, dishwasher and all the essentials for your stay. Washing machine and dryer located in the boot room.
