Embraced by nature and full of quintessential English charm, Honeypot is the perfect love nest for a romantic holiday getaway.
Situated in the charming English village of Petham just a few miles from Canterbury. Nestled away from the world in the midst of the rolling countryside, along a tiny lane set back within the secluded grounds of a farmhouse, boasting extensive gardens and shared use of a Tennis court.
This quirky bolthole exudes a cheer from its artsy English interior, a sympathetically converted sweet cabin, now poised upon a raised decked terrace with views out over meadows and fruit trees. A haven for afternoons in the hammock catching up on a bit of reading and at night lovebirds can cuddle up around the open fire pit, enjoying the quiet night sky - simply heaven!
The pretty and compact interior provides all the essentials for the perfect break away, including a log burning stove, quaint kitchenette, a small TV and even WiFi for those who really must keep in touch with world.

Within walking distance of a popular village pub and set in the rolling countryside of the North Downs, the cottage is ideally suited to explore the Cathedral City of Canterbury, which is just 10 minutes away. There are lots of wonderful walks locally with riding stables nearby, a golf course within 15 minutes and great shopping opportunities, at either the Ashford Designer Outlet (15 miles) or the eclectic mix of shops and boutiques in Canterbury itself. If antiques are your thing, head down to the seaside towns of Hythe and Sandgate.
We would recommend the historic river trip in Canterbury, where you are regaled with the history of the city whilst drifting along on the river that winds through its centre - a great combo if you are looking for a lazy afternoon. For the beach, Whitstable is just 14 miles north, great for fresh fish and oysters! There are lots of places to explore on a bicycle with wonderful routes through windy deserted lanes criss- crossing this beautiful countryside - the owners, who are keen cyclists, can suggest some routes.
