Bramley Lodge is set on a quiet country road next to Lane End Common, part of the extensive Chailey Common Nature Reserve - one of the largest heathland commons in the South. This stunning, modern self-catering cottage is full of contemporary flourishes and carefully selected furniture, with meticulous thought given to all the practicalities and utilities of modern living.

The front door opens into a large hallway, which draws you into the open plan living area. A smart modern kitchen with clean lines down the left side, with a breakfast bar style dining table. Through the cosy sitting area on the right is a ground floor twin bedroom, complete with its own en-suite with shower. Upstairs, the landing provides a snug reading corner with large armchair - a lovely quiet space to curl up and daydream out of the window. This leads through grand double doors into the large master bedroom, with sumptuous super king bed and an en-suite offering a bath and separate shower.

French doors from the sitting area look out over the enclosed garden, with a terrace for the table and chairs, firepit and BBQ. There is also a small lawned area with a pretty cherry tree as its centrepiece. A field lies next to Bramley Lodge, where in the morning mist and golden evening sun you will often see rabbits and deer grazing - a perfect way to start and end your day of exploring the local heathland.

Across the road from this family-friendly holiday home is Lane End Common, part of the Chailey Common Nature Reserve. Access to the larger Red House Common is just 1 mile away. Within easy reach by car you can explore the historic town of Lewes; Lindfield, Uckfield, Haywards Heath and Brighton are also close by for day trips, shopping and coastal activities. Glyndebourne Opera House is about a 20 minute drive, and the Bluebell Railway just 5 minutes.
