It has something for all ages with lots of space for children and the drop down 3M wide projector screen, Surround sound 7:1 Cinema System and 3D projector for the technology buff!

Kitchen/Living room - 20m x 10m

Kitchen with central island, dishwasher, Kettle tap for instant hot water incorporating filtered water system, 2 electric ovens, electric 5 ring induction hob, coffee machine, microwave combination oven, tall fridge and separate tall freezer. Large table seating 22, seating area. Seating for 6 at breakfast bar. Sofas, drop down 3D Blu Ray projector, 3M wide cinema screen, Surroundsound 7:1, iPod dock, Apple TV connector. x3 sets of French doors opens onto the garden.

Local Information about Brighton, Sussex

Situated along the coastline from Brighton and within easy reach of the hustle and bustle of the city with all its entertainment, shopping and restaurants, but far enough away for some peace and tranquility. Brighton is a treasure trove of things to do and places to go. Vibrant, colourful and fun, Brighton offers the energy of the city and freedom of the sea. It really is unique. From the stunning heritage of the Royal Pavilion, Regency architecture and Victorian aquariums to the seaside fun of Brighton Pier, the Brighton Wheel and the famous pebble beach. Brighton offers something for every walk of life.

For those who love browsing, it's a treat to explore the Lanes with their quirky shops and boutiques. The main shopping area of Churchill Square is only a stone's throw away. Brighton is renowned for its culture, with the Theatre Royal and the Brighton Dome there is an abundance of entertainment. Recognised for its natural beauty the South Downs have also recently been awarded National Park status. The perfect complement to a buzzing city, these areas allow you to escape to a scenic, tranquil world of down lands, footpaths, bridleways and byways. Take a walk in the Brighton countryside, on the bus, cycle into Kipling's Rottingdean or join a woodland trail. The opportunities are endless. You'll also find an abundance of plants, animals and wildlife both within the city limits and amidst the countryside around Brighton and Hove, all just moments from the city.

King Alfred's Leisure Centre is just round the corner, with a 25M swimming pool, it is the perfect place to take the children when you feel like a break from the beach and other activities. There is a full programme of keep fit classes too for anyone feeling like a bit of exercise!
